We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced Full-Time Director of Human Resources. The Director of Human Resources responsibilities include supporting the mission of Lutheran Social Ministries of Maryland (LSMMD) by providing professional human resources to team members, supervisors and leadership. This includes supervising various HR team members and overseeing key HR functions such as benefits administration, HRIS management, onboarding, team member relations, performance management, retention and appreciation efforts, compliance, and training. As part of our caring and purpose-driven organization, you’ll play a vital role in advancing our mission and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents and team members. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
