Indiana Donor Network (IDN) is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the full HR function for the organization. This is a hands-on, high-scope role where the Director owns compensation and benefits strategy end to end, runs full-cycle talent acquisition across all departments including high-volume clinical and shift-based roles, and leads a team of seven. This is a high visibility role, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The ideal candidate will be a strategic operator who has designed and managed compensation structures and benefit plans, not merely administered them, and who has run talent acquisition at scale in a complex, regulated operating environment. IDN is based in Indianapolis, and this is an in-market role; candidates must be willing to relocate to the Indianapolis area. Indiana Donor Network employs approximately 400 team members across Indiana and supports complex, 24/7 operations including organ recovery, tissue services, logistics, aviation, and administrative functions. The Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic leader supporting this mission-driven workforce.
