As a Director of HR, you will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to leaders across the Enabling Functions (Finance, HR, IT, Technology, Purchasing, Legal, Real Estate) and the Automotive Aftermarket Business Unit. You will be responsible for driving the implementation of global and regional HR strategies, leading cross-functional HR initiatives, and ensuring effective and aligned HR service delivery across your areas of responsibility. Additionally, you will guide and support HR Managers and Business Partners throughout the employee lifecycle and represent HR in key management forums.
