The Director of HR Compliance & Workforce Governance serves as the enterprise leader responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of ARH’s HR regulatory compliance and workforce governance framework. This role establishes and leads a recurring system-wide HR compliance audit program; identifies regulatory and operational vulnerabilities; develops corrective action strategies; and partners with System HR leadership to ensure remediation and sustained compliance across all ARH facilities. The Director oversees enterprise leave management compliance, workers’ compensation governance, HR systems integrity, and policy lifecycle management while serving as the primary HR liaison to Legal and Enterprise Compliance for employment-related regulatory matters.
