About The Position

The Sioux Falls Sheraton is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to manage the housekeeping department and ensure a 5-star guest experience. This role involves managing the department budget, leading a team to deliver spotless rooms and warm service, training associates on cleanliness standards and brand expectations, and handling staffing decisions, performance feedback, and disciplinary actions. The Director of Housekeeping will also partner with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Requirements

3+ years of hotel management experience
Housekeeping leadership background
High school diploma (or higher)
Strong tech skills – Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel systems
Flexibility and stamina – ready for any shift or task
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
