After a multi-million-dollar renovation, the resort offers an enhanced island escape experience while preserving its magical atmosphere. This role is for a seasoned hospitality leader with a passion for excellence, managing operations on an exclusive private island resort catering to Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals. The candidate will drive the vision for the property, inspire a high-performing team across rooms division, wellness, property operations, and marine services, and forge connections with elite guests to ensure seamless and unforgettable stays. The ideal candidate has a proven background in luxury resort or island hospitality management, deep experience with a luxury clientele, a calm, solution-driven mindset, hands-on leadership style, and a readiness to embrace island life.

Responsibilities

Lead all housekeeping operations at Little Palm Island, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personalized service.
Oversee the housekeeping team, guest accommodations, public areas, laundry, and inventory.
Maintain the standards expected of a luxury private-island resort.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
Consistently deliver Little Palm Island’s standards of excellence.
Inspire a high-performing, energetic team across rooms division, wellness, property ops and marine services.
