About The Position
The Director of Home Health Care is responsible for the direction of patient care in the operative environment. This role involves overseeing the entire operation of the agency and reporting to the Board of Trustees. Key responsibilities include ensuring the quality and safe delivery of home health care services. The Director coordinates the provision of home health care services to reflect the agency's philosophy and standards of care. This includes planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating agency services, programs, and activities.
Requirements
- Current and valid state licensure as a clinical professional in the state.
- Current knowledge of regulatory standards for Home Health agencies.
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience in Home Health required.
- Current BLS.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
