About The Position

Cascade Medical is seeking a full-time Director of Health Information Management (HIM) & Revenue Integrity for its location in Leavenworth, WA. This role is responsible for the comprehensive management and integrity of patient health records, ensuring strict adherence to all federal and state regulations, including HIPAA. The Director will manage the daily operations of HIM services, encompassing medical record processing, coding, transcription, release of information, and privacy practices. This position is vital for maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring billing compliance, and supporting quality reporting within a rural healthcare setting that uses the Meditech system. Additionally, the Director will oversee the hospital's revenue integrity functions, focusing on accurate charge capture, billing compliance, and maximizing reimbursement. This involves ensuring seamless integration between patient access, clinical documentation, coding, billing, and reimbursement processes, all while upholding regulatory compliance. The Director will lead a diverse team and collaborate with clinical, financial, and compliance departments to pinpoint and address revenue leakage and integrity concerns.
