About The Position

Key Responsibilities Clean, and transform large healthcare datasets from multiple sources (EHR, PM systems, financial, operational). Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures. Design, build, and publish Tableau dashboards and data visualizations for executive and operational use. Conduct population census and growth analyses to identify key trends and improvement opportunities. Partner with clinical, operational, business development and finance leaders to translate business questions into analytic solutions. Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and timely delivery of recurring reports and ad hoc requests. Document processes, metrics definitions, and dashboards for consistency and knowledge sharing. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Strong SQL skills. Advanced Tableau experience (parameters, LOD calculations, interactive dashboards). Familiarity with healthcare data (EHR/PM systems, patient flows, claims, outcomes). Ability to analyze complex data and present insights clearly to non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Education Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, Accounting / Finance. Exempt Position: Annual Rate: $131,900-$219,800.
