About The Position

Thomas College seeks an innovative and self-motivated individual to serve as the Director of Health Services. The successful candidate will oversee a small campus health center and provide general health care to the student community. Responsibilities include all aspects related to campus health: clinical, administrative and campus educational outreach. The Director reports directly to the Vice President of Student Affairs/Dean of Students and serves as a member of the Student Affairs team. This is a full-time, 12-month position requiring some evening hours.

Requirements

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner
  • 3-5 years’ experience, preferably in the area of Family Medicine
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Administrative, computer, and managerial skills
  • Ability to balance collaborative and independent work
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
