About The Position

The Health Information Designee has responsibility for the initiation, maintenance and filing of resident records in the facility. Record Designee has access to all Protected Health Information in the resident's charts.

High school diploma or equivalent required
Must have knowledge of medical terminology

Nice To Haves

2-4 years' previous experience in medical records preferred; knowledge of ICD coding and supervisory experience preferred
