About The Position

The role is based at our Victoria manufacturing facility, reports directly to the COO, and works closely with manufacturing, quality, field service, and divisional leadership across the company.

  • 5+ years of progressive HSE experience in oil and gas, manufacturing, or heavy industrial fabrication environments.
  • 2+ years owning or leading a site-level safety program, including direct responsibility for OSHA recordkeeping and regulatory compliance.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA general industry and construction standards, DOT/FMCSA requirements, incident investigation methods, and the Hierarchy of Controls.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and build credibility with shop floor personnel, supervisors, and executive leadership.
  • Comfortable working in Microsoft Office and web-based compliance and tracking systems; organized and detail-oriented with documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience administering ISNetworld and Veriforce (or comparable customer compliance platforms) is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with ASME shop environments, pressure vessel fabrication, overhead crane operations, and field service work is a strong plus.
  • Experience overseeing preventive maintenance and inspection programs for manufacturing equipment and vehicle fleets is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the established HSE program.
  • Keep the HSE program and written policies current.
  • Ensure the company remains in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure the safety of all personnel.
  • Work closely with manufacturing, quality, field service, and divisional leadership.
