Director of GTM Data, Processes, and AI Enablement

MaintainX (An Autodesk Company)•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

MaintainX, now part of Autodesk, is seeking a Director of GTM Data, Processes, and AI Enablement to oversee crucial aspects of their Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This role is responsible for customer and prospect data within the CRM, core CRM processes that support selling activities, and internal Generative AI (GenAI) and automation initiatives aimed at enhancing GTM team efficiency and productivity. A significant focus for the next 6-18 months will be the integration of MaintainX GTM teams into Autodesk's GTM systems, processes, and strategies. The position is within the MaintainX Revenue Strategy and Operations team, leading a small team of data quality analysts, but with an expectation to drive impact through collaboration and influence across various departments and leadership levels. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise, strong pattern recognition for GTM challenges, technical credibility with engineers, and practical understanding valued by sellers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy at a B2B SaaS company.
  • 3+ years leading people.
  • Deep expertise in core sales processes, territory design, and rules of engagement.
  • Strong command of the CRM data model: Salesforce objects, account hierarchies, matching, and enrichment.
  • Hands-on experience bringing AI into GTM workflows (LLMs, agents, workflow automation) with measurable results.
  • Technical fluency to work credibly with engineers.
  • Track record of leading large cross-functional programs through influence, including with VP and C-level leaders.
  • Clear writing and speaking skills to make complex tradeoffs understandable to sellers, engineers, and executives.

Nice To Haves

  • M&A or GTM integration experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own CRM data quality and governance, including setting strategy, standards, and governance for leads, contacts, accounts, and account hierarchies (parent/child structures, holding companies, franchises, PE portfolios, multi-site customers).
  • Transition data quality from cleanup to prevention by implementing intake controls, matching and deduplication rules, and enrichment precedence, tracked via a data quality scorecard.
  • Quantify the revenue impact of data gaps and prepare GTM data for AI use cases.
  • Lead the data quality team, including writing requirements for GTM Systems.
  • Develop deduplication strategies and processes to manage a dual CRM environment (MaintainX and Autodesk).
  • Drive core CRM-based processes and workflows, including CRM territory management, developing processes and system requirements for territory design and strategy.
  • Own rules of engagement: account ownership, crediting, and conflict resolution across segments, regions, and teams, for both MaintainX selling in isolation and coordinated selling with Autodesk.
  • Optimize CRM processes and workflows for end-user teams by understanding current processes, identifying improvements, and defining business requirements with GTM Systems and Rev Ops teams.
  • Collaborate with Rev Ops, Enablement, and GTM Systems teams to ensure field teams understand and utilize system and process changes through release communications, training, and documentation.
  • Lead the GTM AI program for field teams, managing the end-to-end process from intake to enablement, including prioritization, resource allocation, solution evaluation, and executive readouts.
  • Lead discovery with Sales leaders to identify high-value automation and agent opportunities, aligning leadership and the GTM engineering team on a prioritized roadmap.
  • Own business requirements, build-vs-buy recommendations, and testing for centrally built solutions, partnering with Engineering for development and launch.
  • Set standards for team-built solutions, including knowledge base governance, quality bar, and scaling paths for proven tools.
  • Oversee rollout with Enablement, measuring adoption and ROI based on workflows changed, not just training delivered.
  • Lead integration efforts for MaintainX GTM into Autodesk, owning the GTM integration plan, governance, and coordination across workstreams (systems, data, account mapping, territories, sales process, rules of engagement, enablement).
  • Coordinate stakeholders across both organizations, managing cadences, tracking risks and dependencies, and escalating decisions.
  • Be accountable for integration outcomes, not just coordination.
