We’re looking for a Director of Growth & Revenue — a bold, strategic, and inventive leader who can connect the dots between marketing, sales, data, and operations to accelerate growth and profitability. The Opportunity This is not a typical marketing role. You’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy, marketing innovation, customer experience, and technology — helping shape how Kelli’s grows across new channels, categories, and customer relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, sales leadership, and executive team to: Build and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that drives measurable top-line impact. Develop and test creative, guerrilla-style marketing ideas that surprise and delight customers while driving revenue. Partner with inside sales to identify weaknesses, streamline customer engagement, and improve onboarding and retention. Evaluate and pursue strategic acquisitions, partnerships, or new channel opportunities that expand our market presence. Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to make smarter, faster, data-driven decisions across marketing and sales. Design and monitor growth dashboards and KPIs that track performance across departments. Serve as a strategic thought partner to the President and leadership team on growth planning and business acceleration. Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in growth, marketing strategy, or business development (ideally in wholesale, retail, or distribution).
  • A proven track record of turning insights into measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales process optimization and how inside sales teams drive performance.
  • Hands-on experience with data, analytics, and AI-driven marketing tools.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable testing new ideas and pushing boundaries.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field required
