The Director of Revenue Strategy & Growth is a key strategic leader on the Sales team, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer. This individual is responsible for designing and executing data-driven revenue strategies through promotions, incentive programs, and field sales initiatives. They serve as the primary analytics and reporting resource for the sales and events teams - turning data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance. This role works in close partnership with Finance and Business Intelligence while maintaining a collaborative, complementary relationship with each team's respective function. Looking ahead, this role plays a forward-looking part in evaluating and implementing AI tools and technologies to strengthen the organization's competitive capabilities - supporting both internal teams and external brand partners through emerging platforms and innovative solutions.
