About The Position

Frame Security is building the next generation of cybersecurity awareness training. Our AI-native platform generates personalized training and hyper-realistic simulations tailored to an organization's unique risks and employee roles, moving beyond outdated, generic content. We aim to set the new standard for security awareness in the AI era, protecting the human layer of organizations against sophisticated, AI-powered threats.

Requirements

8+ years of growth or digital marketing experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
Proven success building and scaling demand generation and digital marketing programs.
Strong educational background with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Deep expertise across paid media, SEO, CRO, analytics, website optimization, and marketing automation.
Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for what captures attention and converts.
Highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable making decisions from performance metrics.
Builder mentality—you thrive in startups, move quickly, and enjoy owning projects from idea to execution.
East Coast–based candidates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Own Frame's end-to-end growth marketing strategy with accountability for pipeline and revenue.
Build and optimize digital programs across paid media, SEO, website, email, social, and emerging channels.
Own our website and conversion strategy, continuously improving visitor-to-pipeline performance.
Partner with founders on messaging, positioning, launches, and go-to-market strategy.
Run rapid experiments, analyze results, and double down on what works.
Build dashboards, measure performance, and use data to drive every decision.
Help establish Frame as the category leader through compelling digital campaigns and thought leadership.
