About The Position

pubGENIUS is an elite React.js and Next.js development company and AdTech startup building web and AI products for clients across the US and Europe. We don’t compete on low-cost development cycles; we operate as a long-term, high-reliability engineering partner for brands in the Fintech, Healthcare, AI, and Enterprise B2B SaaS & Cloud Infrastructure sectors where technical precision and regulatory fluency aren't optional. We are looking for an exceptional, full-stack Director of Growth & Demand Generation to own that pipeline end-to-end. We don’t need a traditional brand marketer. We need a brilliant, highly strategic growth operator who treats global pipeline construction like an engineering problem. You will be responsible for driving scalable revenue growth through highly targeted, data-driven campaigns. You will take our massive, multi-million dollar validation with elite brands, reverse-engineer the numbers, and build a high-conversion pipeline aimed directly at the decision-makers of high-budget companies globally. You will own the strategy, the analytics, the copy, and the outbound architecture that converts cold data into high-value discovery calls.

Requirements

  • You manage campaigns based on statistical relevance, deliverability metrics, and conversion data, translating raw analytics into repeatable revenue growth.
  • You have 4+ years of B2B marketing experience specifically working for custom software development agencies or high-end IT consulting firms.
  • You can prove you have built campaigns that directly contributed to closing high-value, six- or seven-figure enterprise service retainers.
  • You know exactly how to write compelling, sophisticated copy that cuts through the noise in the inboxes.
  • You are a self-starter who can map out the macro-strategy on Monday, write the hyper-personalized email templates on Tuesday, and audit the funnel metrics on Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to identify, engage, and secure high-paying clients across multiple industries.
  • Build, scale, and secure our enterprise-grade outbound messaging channels, utilizing advanced identity enrichment and contact intelligence platforms to guarantee flawless primary-inbox deliverability directly to technical executives and decision-makers.
  • Rigorously track pipeline data to continuously optimize campaign performance, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
  • Collaborate with our technical delivery teams and PMs to transform our massive success stories into high-end technical case studies, white papers, and data-backed pitches.
  • Take absolute accountability for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Pipeline Velocity, and Total Closed-Won Pipeline Value.
