About The Position

A growing medical referral agency is building out its fundraising leadership. This is a newly created Director role designed for a visionary who can take an existing team and a strong foundation and bring it to the next level. You'll work closely with senior leadership, own the business development strategy, and grow a team that's already in motion.

Requirements

• Director-level personality with a business development mindset
• Strong people skills — kind, approachable, and genuinely mission-driven
• Proven leadership or sales success; formal fundraising background not required
• Full-time availability with flexibility on hours

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising and business development plan
• Partner closely with senior leadership to align fundraising goals with organizational growth
• Serve as a culture carrier — someone who leads with kindness, passion, and genuine investment in the mission
• Manage and motivate a current team of 2–3 fundraisers
• Hire and grow the team as the operation expands
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment
• Oversee the detail-oriented, day-to-day execution of fundraising activity
• Identify new opportunities for donor development and revenue growth
• Coordinate across multiple office locations as needed
