About The Position
This is the top front office position in the hotel, responsible for front office operations. It includes responsibility for most or all of the following: bell stand, reservations, concierge and/or PBX. Typically a single incumbent position at a full-service hotel, including resorts. This position is not available or used in select service / focused service hotels. The position has multiple direct reports and is exempt status.
