The Director of FOH Operations is a senior field leadership role responsible for the guest experience, team performance, and operational culture across 5–7 full-service casual dining restaurants. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, this is a field-first position. You'll spend the majority of your time on the ground, coaching and developing the General Managers who run each location. Success in this role means building high-performing front-of-house teams, delivering sales and EBITDA targets, and ensuring a guest experience that's consistently above standard. You'll be a leader of leaders: setting expectations, developing talent, and driving accountability across your portfolio.
