The primary goal of this position is to provide reliable financial analysis to the executive team for them to make sound financial decisions for the organization. The Director of FP&A will work closely with the Treasurer, CFO, CEO and operations executives to help prepare, consolidate, and analyze budgets, forecasts, M&A valuation analysis, job evaluation/performance analysis and much more. This person will lead a team of 1-2 financial analysts and will develop reporting processes for Finance, Accounting, and Operations. Key reporting disciplines include areas such as job cost, labor tracking, revenue and profit recognition, and multi-year financial modeling. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, has a background in construction and/or program management, accounting, and finance, and has a demonstrated ability to develop efficient and scalable low-cost reporting processes. The candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness and display a high aptitude for effectively prioritizing and solving problems.
