Requirements

• Knowledge of nutrition, dietetics, and special dietary needs
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• ServSafe or CDM certification preferred
• Experience in a dietary or healthcare setting (long term care preferred)
• Experience with care plans and resident-centered care a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents, including special diets and modified textures
• Help develop menus and meal plans based on resident needs
• Assist with resident dietary assessments and care plans
• Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation standards are met
• Supervise kitchen staff and support daily operations
• Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment
