The position involves managing the Quality team, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and establishing proactive quality, safety, and sanitation standards. The Director will oversee HACCP, prerequisite programs, and champion quality and food safety initiatives. Additionally, this role is responsible for product excellence by analyzing data to improve quality and performance, participating in new product development, and managing supplier quality through audits and monitoring to ensure raw materials meet standards.
