This role involves leading, guiding, and training associates in the food and beverage department. The position requires ensuring management presence during each shift to provide support, establishing and reviewing performance standards for food preparation, purchasing, and production, and scheduling, evaluating, and directing the food and beverage team. The role also includes providing coaching and counseling, ensuring necessary inventory and supplies are available, monitoring and directing cleanliness and organization in food and beverage areas, and maintaining compliance with all applicable state and local laws regarding food and safety.
