The Club at Carlton Woods is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to oversee its Food and Beverage operation and ensure paramount member satisfaction. This highly visible and approachable leader will be responsible for hospitality results in dining rooms, special events, private golf tournaments, locker rooms, and on-course comfort stations. The role requires proactive leadership, full-scope management, attention to detail, and an intuitive style to contribute to the overall success of the department and the Club. The Director will work under the direction of the Club's Clubhouse Manager and Director of Operations, with a primary focus on the overall member/guest experience. Key skills include forward planning, team building, departmental leadership, and being visible and interactive with members and staff through effective communication, approachability, and accessibility.
