About The Position

Lead the charge in delivering world-class hospitality operations at a premier sports and entertainment venue. The Director of Operations will oversee all operational functions, ensuring seamless execution of food service, guest experience, and event readiness. This role will drive efficiency, elevate service standards, and support a high-performing team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of operations management experience in hospitality, food service, or large-scale venue management
  • Experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
  • ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets
  • Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial targets
  • Coordinate event execution to ensure operational readiness
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to align operational goals
