Job Summary Lead the charge in delivering seamless, high-impact operations. The Director of Operations will oversee and optimize all venue operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, financial performance, and operational excellence. This role will drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and elevate the overall guest and client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 5+ years of operations management experience in hospitality, food service, or large-scale venue management
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience with inventory management systems and operational software
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations (ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred)
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all service areas
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Lead hiring, training, and workforce planning initiatives
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet event expectations
