Join us as our Full-Time Director of First Impressions, located in the vibrant communities of Federal Way and Auburn. You will play a critical role in creating a delightful atmosphere for kids and their families! This onsite position allows you to engage directly with our wonderful clientele, making each visit an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities
- Managing scheduling with a keen eye on production and capacity
- Ensuring all paperwork, insurance, and payments are completed accurately
- Updating patient information, medical history, and privacy documents
- Coordinating interpreter services to assist our diverse clientele
- Presenting treatment plans and financing options
- Balancing daily payments and completing audit tasks
- Maintaining a clean, organized front desk that reflects our commitment to professionalism
- Confidently utilizing digital systems to streamline operations and enhance the patient experience
