Our Front Desk Receptionist (DOFI) Position is the job that impacts the first impression that the customers have coming into our company. The DOFIs role is to create an amazing customer service experience. An ideal DOFI would be a professional, friendly, and highly organized individual who takes pride in delivering accurate work and can prioritize multiple tasks and duties throughout the day. Excellent communication skills are a must as you will work with multiple teams to respond to requests and provide miscellaneous office support, where needed, throughout the office and company.
