About The Position

Endries International, Inc., a leading distributor of fasteners and other Class C commodities and provider of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solutions for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide, is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Based in Brillion, Wisconsin, with hybrid flexibility available following the initial onboarding and transition period, this role reports to the Chief Financial and Legal Officer. As a key member of the finance leadership team, the Director of FP&A will lead financial planning, forecasting, business analytics, and executive decision support across the enterprise. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred).
  • Significant progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or business analytics, including leadership experience.
  • Proven success leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities.
  • Experience leveraging business intelligence, analytics, and financial technologies to improve organizational performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and advance enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis capabilities.
  • Drive the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Enhance executive and Board reporting through meaningful financial insights and business narratives.
  • Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting that improve organizational visibility and decision-making.
  • Expand the use of automation, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, evaluate investments, manage risk, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations that drive business performance.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to the continued development of a high-performing finance organization positioned to support the company's long-term objectives.
