About The Position
The Director of Finance will be responsible for organizing, securing, and maintaining all files and records in accordance with policies and procedures. This role involves recording, storing, accessing, and analyzing financial information, managing the budget, and controlling expenses effectively. Additionally, the Director of Finance will complete administrative duties such as hiring, training, and developing finance associates. A key aspect of the position is providing the status of the company's financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting key financial data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a senior accountant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to coordinate with associates across multiple departments
