Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA.
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible financial experience within a healthcare setting.
Proven track record of at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.

Responsibilities

Lead the comprehensive month-end close review, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
Evaluate and model robust business cases for new ventures and growth opportunities.
Drive the execution of key strategic financial initiatives to support organizational objectives.
Oversee comprehensive budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure fiscal discipline.
Lead large capital project management, partnering with department heads to provide financial insights, ensure budget compliance, and optimize ROI.
