About The Position
The Director of Finance is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests while leading the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the Finance Department. This role is accountable for financial integrity, compliance, and strategic financial leadership across all assigned functions. The Director of Finance oversees Accounting, Purchasing, Count Team, Cage Team, and Corporate Reporting, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and operational efficiency. This position partners closely with property leadership to support business objectives, drive financial performance, and uphold Caesars Entertainment’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
