About The Position

The Supply Chain Finance team serves as a key strategic partner to the Supply Chain organization, shaping capital allocation decisions across the full lifecycle of our server infrastructure. The team provides financial insight and decision support for investments in GPUs, CPUs, storage and networking hardware, as well as the associated logistics, warranties and circularity programs. By connecting supply-chain strategy with financial outcomes, the team helps leaders balance capacity, cost, speed, risk and return ensuring capital is deployed efficiently while supporting the company’s growth and infrastructure needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field
  • 10–15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or operations finance.
  • Meaningful experience supporting supply chain, infrastructure, hardware, manufacturing or other capital-intensive operations.
  • Demonstrated people leadership, including building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Extensive experience with financial modeling tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, ambiguous and highly matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA, CPA, CMA or another relevant advanced qualification.
  • Infrastructure, cloud, data-center, semiconductor, hardware or AI-compute experience.
  • Vendor economics, contract evaluation and strategic sourcing.
  • Infrastructure capacity planning and capital allocation
  • Experience building new finance processes and reporting infrastructure in a high-growth organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • You thrive on turning operational complexity, partial processes, and messy data into clear, well-controlled financial frameworks.
  • You are energized by being embedded directly with Operations and Supply Chain teams to understand how physical goods and data actually move.
  • You maintain a player-coach mindset, comfortably rolling up your sleeves for transactional work today while building scalable processes for tomorrow.
  • You translate complex financial topics into practical terms to influence and align with cross-functional business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process for the supply chain and technical design organizations, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with engineering teams to optimize financial considerations regarding the design of upcoming compute and networking hardware.
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and engineering leadership to develop and implement strategies that support business objectives and enhance financial performance.
  • Align with supply chain, product, and hardware engineering on all infrastructure rate cards and support all future infrastructure BOM costing.
  • Partner with DC, Infrastructure, and supply chain leadership to optimize hardware cost and set savings targets across the portfolio.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments, including product, capacity planning, and sales, to support overall business goals.
