About The Position

Serve as a senior financial leader for Andwell Health Partners, partnering closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support organizational strategy and decision-making. Lead and oversee financial operations, including accounting, general ledger, accounts payable, cash management, and financial reporting. Develop, manage, and monitor annual operating and capital budgets in collaboration with clinical, operational, and executive leaders. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Provide financial oversight and guidance to clinical service lines, supporting high-quality care delivery and long-term financial sustainability. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and balance sheet performance to ensure financial stability. Design and maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and procedures. Coordinate and support annual audits, tax filings, and external financial reviews. Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and non-financial stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
  • Required experience in healthcare or nonprofit organizations
  • Strong knowledge of nonprofit healthcare finance, fund accounting, and financial reporting
  • Experience with healthcare reimbursement, including Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to lead financial operations and improve processes and controls
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial audiences
  • Collaborative leadership style with experience partnering across clinical and operational teams
  • Commitment to mission-driven work and supporting high-quality, community-based care
