Director of Finance and Operations
About The Position
Finario is a fast-growing, profitable SaaS company providing intelligent capital planning and portfolio strategy solutions to leading industrial enterprises worldwide. As Head of Finance & Operations you will be responsible for the financial and internal operations of the company including A/P, A/R, cash & expense management and financial reporting as well as human resource, office administration and special projects. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO of this fast growing technology company. If you are good with numbers and motivated by getting things done, this role could be for you. Finario seeks a self-starter with a "can do" attitude interested in being a dynamic contributor to our worldwide growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years in in hands-on finance and accounting
- Good commercial judgment - you've seen vendor contracts, pricing models, and customer agreements before
- Experience and detail-oriented but pragmatic about the 80/20 in a growing company
- Bachelor's Degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience in enterprise technology firms; B2B SaaS even better
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to tactical execution and follow-through
- Natural sense of curiosity with a desire to problem-solve for others
