Creating centralized campus-wide opportunities when needed to achieve consistent messaging, to nurture cross-institutional connections, and/or to ensure efficiencies. Supporting and scaffolding the professional development of leaders and aspiring leaders at all levels of the institution (e.g., departmental and college faculty leadership roles, program coordinators, department chairs, associate deans, deans, unit, and division heads) to help them more fully understand and enact their responsibilities in relation to supporting the growth, work, and development of those for whom they are responsible. This includes collaborating with MSU HR, the Office for Inclusive Excellence and Impact, the Vice Provost for Teaching and Learning Innovation, the President’s Office, and others on programs appropriate for leaders across the organization.
