TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Director of Facility Operations to join our community Morningside of Wilmington. This role supervises the maintenance of the buildings, grounds, security, and mechanical assets of the community. The Director is responsible for the execution of all housekeeping, laundry, and transportation services, ensuring the total operation and maintenance of the campus to high standards. This includes developing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, conducting pre-occupancy inspections, and potentially responding to after-hours maintenance emergencies. The position also involves developing and implementing a preventative maintenance program and work order system, overseeing housekeeping/laundry operations in compliance with regulations, reviewing financial statements, managing expenses and budget data, completing staffing and scheduling, and ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of transportation vehicles.
