About The Position

Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Director of Facilities. We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree + 5 or more years of relevant field experience
Associate degree + 7 or more years of relevant field experience
No degree + 7 or more years of relevant field experience and preferred certification(s)
Ability to effectively multi-task
Ability to think clearly and calmly in stressful situations
Ability and willingness to work flexible schedules to provide coordination across multiple campuses and shifts
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office

CSP – Certified Safety Professional
CHSP – Certified Healthcare Safety Professional

Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operations of all the facilities of Aspire Rural Health System in accordance with established policies, procedures and applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Provides leadership and oversight to managers and other leadership Aspire departments.
Develops and administers programs to maintain the buildings and grounds, and equipment in accordance with applicable state and local regulations and administrative guidelines.
May serve as a liaison between administrators and contractors, engineers, and equipment suppliers.
Ensures that an effective preventative maintenance program is established, maintained documented and managed.
Other duties as assigned.
Provides strategic guidance and manages the overall delivery of facility services, policies, and programs for Aspire Rural Health System.
