The Director, Facilities Support provides enterprise-level leadership, oversight, and technical expertise for facilities management operations across Summit Behavioral Healthcare. The Director supports the development and execution of standardized programs, processes, systems, and performance expectations designed to ensure safe, compliant, reliable, and well-maintained environments across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, Facilities Management, this role partners with facility leadership, Plant Operations leaders, Construction Project Managers, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, and other Services & Support Center functions to advance regulatory readiness, operational performance, capital and maintenance planning, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. The Director serves as a subject matter expert in the Physical Environment, including Environment of Care, Life Safety, Emergency Management, facilities operations, preventative maintenance, infrastructure reliability, and construction-related compliance. The role provides direction, consultation, and oversight across a geographically dispersed portfolio of behavioral healthcare facilities.
