The Director of Facilities Development Officer, this position reports to the Executive Director (ED) or designee, the Director is responsible for ensuring that River Edge facilities are safe, functional, compliant, cost-effective, and supportive of high-quality behavioral health and community-based services. The position oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, capital planning, construction and renovation projects, facility acquisitions and development activities, vendor and contractor performance, operating and capital budgets, and selected grant-development activities related to facilities, infrastructure, housing, and service expansion.
