About The Position

Direct and manage all sales, marketing, and business development operations, including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, and distribution strategy. Drive the Company’s achievement of its growth and profitability goals. The role oversees the development of the sales organization for an assigned product line or region and drives the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies. It works directly on or around motor vehicle equipment and has been identified as safety sensitive by thyssenkrupp.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related area of study.
At least seven years of sales and marketing experience in the industry.
Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
Established contacts and relationships within comparable industries.
Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive-level customers and partners.
Safety mindset.

Responsibilities

Oversee the development of the sales organization for the assigned product line or region.
Drive the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Hire, train, manage, and develop the sales force and supporting administrative staff.
Benchmark pricing data and develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions.
Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
Manage the overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales management.
