Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage, ideally within a high-volume hospitality environment
  • A natural leader with high energy, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven ability to drive results, manage costs, and positively impact overall financial performance
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and professional approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and comfort working with operational systems
  • Highly organized with strong administrative and time management skills

  • Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management or a related field is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring a consistently high standard of service, quality, and guest experience
  • Plan and manage both short- and long-term staffing needs, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and succession planning
  • Inspire, coach, and support the team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and strong colleague engagement results
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining cost control through thoughtful planning, forecasting, and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Prepare, monitor, and deliver on monthly revenue forecasts and budgets, proactively managing expenses to meet financial targets. Additionally, assist with annual budget preparation.
  • Maximize team productivity through effective scheduling, cross-training, and fostering a flexible, multi-skilled workforce
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute special events, seasonal programming, and holiday activations to enhance the guest experience and drive business
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, maintaining a safe environment for both guests and colleagues
  • Oversee all point-of-sale operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions, adherence to procedures for adjustments, and proper cash handling protocols
  • Safeguard financial assets by ensuring the secure handling of floats and adherence to internal controls
  • Support inventory management, including maintaining appropriate par levels, overseeing equipment care, and conducting regular inventory counts
  • Maintain and support F&B systems and tools to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy
