Requirements

Strong communication, organizational & project leadership skills
Strong knowledge of Global luxury F&B trends, Key players in the industry and understanding of consumer trends in different markets
Ability to create innovative concepts that remain operationally viable
Clear understanding of Menu development within a global context
Experience in F&B development necessary, strong understanding of a hotel opening project, from contract signing to opening
Managerial F&B operational experience in comparable service models & luxury levels is expected
Ability to set and manage priorities and optimizes time (understand project scope, complexity, effort, risk, resource needs, and timelines)
Ability to coordinate work under pressure with multiple stakeholders across different regions while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Capability to work and lead simultaneously on multiple projects
Excellent team player whilst maintaining an independent perspective
Willingness, ability, and sensitivity to adapt to local cultures and time zones
Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Smartsheet and OneDrive

Responsibilities

Lead the creation and evolution of all food and beverage concepts and brand identities across the Aman Group.
Develop, implement, and maintain global F&B guidelines, including signature dishes and menu structures, lighting and music standards, uniform direction, OS&E guidance, overall look and feel, day-to-night atmosphere, and defining signature features.
Represent the F&B function in meetings and presentations with external developers, either independently or alongside the Global Head of F&B Development.
Develop F&B Concept Briefs and collaborate with Director of F&B Brand to develop and formalise official F&B brand guidelines for all brands within the Aman Group portfolio.
Collaborate with Regional F&B Development Directors to establish technical standards and guidelines for all F&B touchpoints within the hotel, including restaurants, minibars, and in-room dining.
Partner with Regional F&B Development Directors to define seating capacities, venue layouts, and spatial planning of F&B areas, ensuring alignment with Aman Group standards.
Oversee the development of detailed OS&E specifications for each F&B brand and all new hotel projects, in collaboration with the OS&E Representative.
Collaborate with the Corporate Operational team on the refurbishment of current properties, leading in the redefining of the F&B Program to align with the property’s needs and budget.
Conduct post-opening site visits to ensure concept guidelines have been accurately implemented and to support local teams with refinements and operational adjustments.
Work with the F&B Development Coordinator, to ensure the project management tasks are executed.
Review F&B business plans and high-level proformas, including venue capacities, operating models, revenue assumptions, and key operational considerations.
Identify opportunities for new collaborations, programming, and signature experiences that strengthen Aman’s global F&B positioning.
