About The Position

TDC Trailer is seeking a highly organized and proactive Director of Executive Operations to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a dependable professional capable of managing multiple priorities with precision and discretion. Essential job duties include but are not limited to: Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings and travel arrangements. Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Conduct research and compile data to prepare briefing materials for meetings and presentations. Coordinate and facilitate executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative. Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and executives. Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives. Perform general office management duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office organization. Ensure timely execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Manage completion of accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations and determine how to resolve outstanding items. Manage staff processing accounts payable and receivables. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact confidently with senior executives.
  • High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Employees are expected to work a general schedule of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  • Employees may be required to work beyond the standard schedule to meet the deliverables and expectations of the role.
  • Employees working from home, like those in an office, should use their time wisely and constructively plan their day since there is limited daily oversight.
