The University of Maryland College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (AGNR) is a leading Land-Grant institution providing teaching, research, and programs through the University of Maryland Extension (UME) to a broad audience in the State of Maryland and beyond. The Director of Evaluation and Reporting position provides leadership for University of Maryland Extension (UME) program evaluation and reporting. The Program Director will report to UME's Associate Dean/Associate Director. This position aims to envision, develop, lead, and support UME’s all-encompassing program planning, evaluation, and reporting processes. The Director will contribute to advancing UME programs and impacts. The Director will provide leadership in program planning, designing, and implementing evaluation tools to measure the outcomes and a process for effectively reporting and communicating the impacts and values to stakeholders. The position provides leadership in evaluation and reporting activities aligned with UME’s mission and the strategic priorities associated with the University of Maryland College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. The position also plans and delivers professional development and education programs to increase the capacity of UME faculty, staff, and administrators to design and evaluate effective Extension programs through collaboration.
