About The Position

Yulista’s Base Operations Support (BOS) Group is seeking a Director of BOS Estimating and Pricing to lead our group’s estimating and pricing activities. This pivotal role will spearhead all cost estimating, pricing, and post-award pricing activities across the BOS portfolio. This position is responsible for developing estimates, implementing pricing strategies, and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal regulations. The Director partners closely with Executive Leadership, Business Development, Contracts, Finance, Human Resources, Program Management, and Operations to develop competitive, compliant, and profitable estimating and pricing strategies that support company growth objectives. This role serves as the organization's subject matter expert for federal pricing regulations, estimating methodologies, labor pricing, indirect rates, and contract modifications. The ideal candidate will not only lead all pricing responses, but also serves as the go-to authority in refining and innovating the BOS Group’s pricing methodologies, systems, and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the organization's pricing and cost estimating strategy to support long-term business growth.
  • Lead the Cost Estimating and Pricing function across all subsidiaries.
  • Establish pricing policies, procedures, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Provide executive leadership with pricing recommendations, profitability analyses, and bid/no-bid assessments.
  • Advise senior leadership on pricing risks, contractual impacts, and financial considerations during capture and proposal development.
  • Oversee and conduct pricing reviews presented to company leadership.
  • Oversee the development of compliant pricing models, cost narratives, and Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation.
  • Manage contract price modifications and equitable adjustments throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Support contract negotiations with federal contracting officers regarding pricing, cost analyses, and equitable adjustments.
  • Analyze historical cost data, market research, and pricing trends to develop competitive proposals.
