Princeton NuEnergy (PNE) is an advanced materials manufacturing and technology company, with the most cost-effective and capital-efficient process for the production of battery-grade cathode active material (CAM) for lithium-ion batteries. Built on a proprietary, closed-loop platform, PNE's high-performing technologies span multiple high-growth materials businesses, including Rejuvenation (Cathode-to-Cathode® direct recycling), Advanced Black Mass™ production, Upcycled® CAM and more — strengthening the domestic battery supply chain and supporting U.S. energy independence and national security priorities. We are currently in search of a Director of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC). This position will support the strategy and operations of our Engineering team, which focuses on large-scale engineering and manufacturing. The main responsibilities of this position encompass site selection, defining equipment specifications, procuring engineering services vendors, overseeing EPC design and pre-construction planning, managing permits, and ensuring Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS) compliance for the recycling processing facility. In this capacity, the successful candidate will formulate strategies for multiple projects, aligning them with our core technology and business goals. Additionally, the position will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of the technical aspects of large-scale commercial development projects.
