The Director of Environmental Services will be responsible for managing and supervising the housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff at the center, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements. This role involves providing leadership, support, and coordination to maintain quality standards, manage inventory levels, uphold safety guidelines, and meet customer service expectations. The Director will also maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment, and will be responsible for staff training, quality control, and in-servicing, including assessing work quality using QCIs for documentation.
