About The Position
Chautauqua Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Director of Environmental Services to lead housekeeping, laundry, sanitation, and overall facility cleanliness. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in environmental services, housekeeping, facilities, or healthcare operations.
Requirements
- Environmental services or housekeeping leadership experience required
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

- Healthcare, skilled nursing, hospital, or senior living experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead housekeeping and laundry teams
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and infection-control standards
- Manage staffing, schedules, supplies, and department operations
- Conduct inspections and address concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility requirements
- Collaborate with nursing, maintenance, and facility leadership
